Pick up time...
So this week has been full of last
minute things:
Hair cuts for the boys, trips to the bank to get all the loose change changed into $2 and $1 coins for washing machines, ute rego (which is due while we are away), meetings with some very special peeps about my online business, coffee breaks with my bestie 💜, most of all a lot of time sitting on my arse thinking about what i have to do.... oh, don't forget about the school work for the 3 kids (home schooling)
The last few months have been really full on with forward planning things at work to writing lists of things so that I don't want to forget stuff... Spud peeler, phone chargers, toothbrushes (I may have had a trip to Perth in Feb and forgot my toothbrush) That's really bad for a Dental Nurse to forget her toothbrush...
Anyway..... side tracked! I have all the blankets, sheets, towels, beach towels, tea towels, cutlery, plates, bowls, glasses and coffee cups washed ready to rock.
Now the reason we have had to buy all of these things (not just take them from home) is that we have a few AirBnb bookings while we are away... Which means we have had to leave our family home in tact.. this is a massive help to us for some extra income while we are away.
Today we dropped the kids to school and headed off to Dub-vagus and collected the VAN. I'm a little nervous about towing something so big, but I have 100% faith in my husbands ability to maneuver this beast. I will help with the driving but may be sticking to the open road (straight is possible)
I just want to give a massive shout out to Matt from Dubbo Caravan Hire for giving such great customer service. I was able to text message him all sorts of question about the Van and he would reply promptly and was very clear with instructions. So thank you Matt 👍
This is Matt's Website if your in the Central West and are thinking about embarking on a trip, he has a loads of Caravans to suit all needs..
